We are considering leasing our spotted jack...   Braethorn A Fine How Do You Do   Our spotted jack Howdy will be available for a short lease this summer. We plan to geld him (we have found it easier for us to house only one jack) and would like to give someone else a chance to have foals sired by him. Please email for more info. We also may have adult jennets for lease, they would be bred to either Howdy or Speed and you would retain any foals. And we have mature retired jennets and geldings for adoption. They are not for sale, but for a small fee, they can be had on a long term lease, if for any reason adopter could not keep, they would be returned to us. We have done this in the past and it has worked well. Adopters get healthy, friendly donkeys and we find good homes for our retirees. If interested in upcoming foals, please let us know. We do take deposits on jack foals to be gelded, and can arrange a payment plan. Health is guaranteed. We will send photos and updates on a regular basis. We do not take deposits on jack foals (as herd sires or show geldings) or jennet foals being evaluated for show/breeding quality until they are 6 months old and deposit would be refunded or transferred if for any reason the foal was not of expected quality at one year of age. We are always happy to provide updated info and photos during the evaluation process. We are very strict about the donkeys we sell for breeding and show purposes. Health, fertility and height are guaranteed. We want customers to be so pleased with any donkey purchased from us, that they come back for seconds!
